What You Need to Prepare
Poster Format
- Digital poster, A3 size (297 x 420 mm), portrait orientation
- File format PDF or JPG/JPEG (max. 10 MB)
- Minimum resolution 300 dpi
- Language: Indonesian or English
- File naming format: Team Name_School Name_Poster_IPDCEC 2026
Required Content
- Title, issue/problem, proposed solution, expected impact
- IPDCEC logo + school logo in the top-right corner
- References (if needed)
- AI disclosure if AI tools are used
Registration Documents
- Student ID card / active enrollment letter
- Proof of following @ipdcec2026
- Proof of uploading twibbon and promo poster
- Final poster upload based on requirements
Additional Rules
- Each participant can only join one team
- Each team can only submit one poster
- No SARA, pornography, violence, hate speech, or copyright infringement content is allowed
- Judges' decisions are final
